Day 01: Chandigarh —– Shimla (113km)          

Breakfast

Pickup from chandigarh airport and start your journey , on route stop at Parwanoo for lunch , one can also have cable car ride till Parwanoo hill top(not included in itinerary) , after meal off to Shimla , once reached check into your hotel . Overnight stay at Hotel in Shimla.

 

 

Day 02:  Shimla—-Narkanda—–Sarahan (163km) 

Breakfast & Dinner

Wake up early in the morning. Take your breakfast. Check out from hotel  and drive to Narkanda. After Reaching the Narkanda completing the sight seeing there Hatu Temple & Hatu Peak. After completing the sight seeing of Narkanda drive to Sarahan. And overnight stay at hotel in Sarahan.

Day 03: Sarahan  — CHITKUL  — Sangla (84km)    

Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast Check our from the hotel go for Sarahan sight seeing Bhima Kali Temple. After that go for Chitkul  last indian village . After completing the sight seeing of Chitkul drive to Sangla(Bordering Tibbet, China). Dinner & O/N into the hotel at Sangla.

 

 

Day 04: Sangla ——————— Kalpa (44km) 

Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast Check out from the hotel go for  Kamru fort at sangla. In the evening drive to Kalpa. Check in to the hotel and take some freshnup. After taking some freshnup go for local Market of Kalpa. Dinner & Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Day 05: Kalpa —- Nako —— Tabo (149km) 

Breakfast & Dinner

Checkout around 9:00am and drive towards Tabo, on route visit Nako lake have lunch at Nako(By own expense) . if time allows visit Giu gompa (famous for its 700years old preserved mummy) reach Tabo check in to your hotel, Tabo is a place to test your photography skills one can have brilliant shots of star trails with lots of falling stars and milky way.

 

 

Day 06: Tabo —– Dhankar –Pin Valley– Kaza (65km)(4km hike till lake)  

Breakfast & Dinner

checkout 9:00am , drive till Dhanker monestary…. hike till lake and back…. spend some time in monestary…. have lunch at Dhanker…. and off to Kaza .

check in at Kaza… evening sighting at Kaza market famous for old traditional masks and antiques .

Day 07: Kaza —– Ki monestary —– Kibber —– Langza —— Komic —– Kaza(80km)    

Breakfast & Dinner

Early in the morning after breakfast get ready for visit local sight-seeing. Visit to Ki Monastery, Kibber Village, Komic Village & nature of beautiful Kaza. Full day sight-seeing and back to hotel. Dinner & O/N stay into hotel at Kaza.

 

KIBBER VILLAGE

 

Kibber village is world’s highest village.Spiti Valley is  Himalayas at 4270 metres or 14,200 ft in Himachal Pradesh in northern India. It contains a monastery and the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary. Kibber lies in a narrow valley on the summit of a limestone rock. It is located 16 kilometers from Kaza and a bus service connects them in the milder summer months. Agriculture forms the backbone of the local economy and lush green fields are abundant. Villagers count on the 3 day traditional trade route over Parang La to Ladakh to barter their horses for yaks or to sell for cash.
The village has around 80 houses, unique, given that they are made of stone instead of mud or adobe brick used extensively elsewhere in the Spiti valley. Kibber has a civil dispensary, a high school, a post office, a telegraph office and a community TV set in the village. Kibber Monastery was founded by Serkang Rimpochhe of Tabo.

 

 

Ki Monestry 

Kye Gompa (also spelled Ki, Key or Kee – pronounced like English key) is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery located on top of a hill at an altitude of 4,166 metres (13,668 ft) above sea level, close to the Spiti River, in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh, Lahaul and Spiti district, India.
It is the biggest monastery of Spiti Valley and a religious training centre for Lamas. It reportedly had 100 monks in 1855.

 

Komic Village , Langza , Hikkim Vilage 

 

Komic monastery has the honor of being the world’s highest motorable monastery at 4587 mts.
The Tangyud Gompa (also written bTang-rGyud, Tangyuth) or Sa-skya-gong-mig Gompa at the village of Komic, two km southeast of Hikkim in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India, is built like a fortified castle on the edge of a deep canyon, with massive slanted mud walls and battlements with vertical red ochre and white vertical stripes which make them look much taller than they really are. and back to Kaza. Stay and Dinner into the hotel at Kaza.

 

 

Day 08: Kaza——Via —– Kunzum Top ——— Chandertal Lake    (52km)   

Breakfast & Dinner

Early in the morning after breakfast get ready for visit to Chandertaal Lake. Enroot visit to Kunzum Top. After arrival see another beauty of nature. See Chandertaal Lake. Also stay at camp in Chander Tal Lake. Enjoy bonfire there. Dinner and stay Chandertaal Lake.

Day 09: Chandertal Lake —-Manali (50km)     

Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast check out from the hotel and visit back to Manali Via Kunzum Top, Batal, Bada Darra, Chhota Darra, Gramphu & Rohtang Pass. You can do Paragliding at Solang Valley. Dinner & O/N Stay into the hotel at Manali.

 

 

Day 10: Manali ——-Chandigarh (305km)

Breakfast

Morning after Breakfast  check out from hotel &  Drive to Chandigarh & Drop at Chandigarh  AirPort / Railway Station. Back to home with sweet memories.
